När du bokat ett besök så träffar du en adoptionsvolontär som har åkt till katthemmet enkom för att träffa dig. Skulle du få förhinder är det därför viktigt att adoptionsvolontären i god tid får information om detta!
Det är enkelt att avboka mötet via den bokningsbekräftelse du fått per email, klicka bara på "Avboka bokningen" i bokningen och bekräfta din avbokning.
Du kan också avboka ditt besök genom att skicka ett email till adoption@samvetet.com.

When you book a visit, an adoption volunteer will travel to the shelter especially to meet you. If you are unable to attend, it is therefore important that you inform the adoption volunteer well in advance.
Cancelling your appointment is easy! Simply open the booking confirmation you received by email, click "Avboka bokningen" , and confirm your cancellation.
You can also cancel your visit by sending an email to adoption@samvetet.com.
